I received my item last week in color 1 I am new to FY items and this is probably the best item I ever got after wearing them for 10 years. The items did not need any cutting at all or the amount of my own braided hair under it was just enough to keep it from being too long over my eyes reason for item wear is non cooperative, unmanageable hair. This one looks so great in a messy bun or a high item and to my mom feel and looks like the hair I had when I was a baby. This is not a phony cheap costume item either and did not tangle much after a half a week of wear but the curl does tend to drop out so pin or it in two twists one above the other to keep movement shape in it while you are and not wearing it is my advice. Although it took a little longer than originally expected, I was very glad with the condition. Very clean , real Remy hair (although as with any other long extensions, the ends tend to fizz out) I recommend keeping the extentions braided during the night if you want to wear it out. Clips are actually bigger than pictured, which is a plus because I hate small clips that never stay in. Although the extensions ended up being a light brown instead of a dark brown , it wasn't a problem for me because I was able to dye a lighter extension match my color , instead of trying to lighten a darker extension. These clips ended up coming all the way from china, but what was cute was I received a letter from the seller saying that he was new to the business and he apologized for the delay. I will definitely be ordering from him again :)P.S. I have been wearing clip ins for years and these cannot even compare to the "cheap" $49 remy hair in Harlem, NY..... don't be scared away because of the cheap price! ..... although I wonder where the external costs went to make these clips so cheap..... Q: WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF HAIRUP HAIR?
A: We pride ourselves on selling only high quality hair. We are committed to providing excellent hair. We create our hair according our high quality standards. This hair has to be healthy human hair and it can’t be damaged. The hair is collected from healthy women. After it has been collected it goes through an elaborate 12 step process to create the perfect hair. The hair goes through a very complex process to guarantee quality. We only sell high quality hair and products.
Q: WILL THE HAIR EXTENSIONS APPLY METHODS DAMAGE MY OWN HAIR?
A: If properly installed and maintained, this method will not damage your hair. It is 100% natural and there are no chemicals or tools used. We recommend using one of our Certified Stylists for the best application. Please work with a trained professional experience in hair extensions application to ensure that the product will work properly zero damage.
Q: CAN I WASH MY HAIR EVERYDAY AND BLOW DRY IT? WHAT ABOUT SWIMMING?
A: Yes, you can wash your hair and get blowouts without ruining your hair up hair extensions. Our strong tape is extremely durable and lasts, as long as the scalp does not become excessively oily the bonds will stay. We have high quality tape that is strong. You can swim, workout, go on vacation, and not have to worry about your extensions coming out.
Q: HOW MANY PACKS DO I NEED?
A: If you have thin to medium hair you will need 2-3 packs of our hair or 1-2 packs in the wavy and extra virgin hair. If you have thick hair you will need more packs of hair. You will need 3-5 in the remy and 2 or more in the ombre, wavy or extra virgin collection.
Q: HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
A: Each application can last up to 6 months with proper care. The hair extensions can be reused up to 3-5 times with proper care.
Q: CAN I COLOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
A: Yes you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair all collections can be dyed. Just note that you should only use semi or demi permanent hair dye. You should never ever lift the color, only deposit it. You want to keep the hair healthy. Color darker, never lighter.
Q: WHICH COLOR SHOULD I GET?
A: For the best color match we advise that you purchase a color ring. Each computer monitor can vary so it is best you have a complete match. Also, we have our own colors. Just because you are a #4 at another company, doesn't mean it will be 100% the same. We have our own color system.
Q: Can I modify or cancel the order after placing?
A: Within 48 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 48 hours, we will not accept any order cancel. Modification on stock order is not acceptable. Modification on custom order in 72 hours after placing is free of charge; if out of 72 hours, it will charge on modification, and the detailed charge standard refers to the website clauses.
Q: How can i check my order status?
A: We will send you an order confirmation through email after you placed your order and will also send you a tracking number as soon as its dispatching.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. If the color does not fit, you can send back for exchange; if you do not like the hair, you can send it back for exchange or refund as long as the goods are in the original package.
