I was pleasantly surprised when I received these extensions in my mail box this afternoon, I ordered these on 1/21 and was told the estimated delivery date will be 2/14-3/10, I was so happy to get them in 5 days.. So I could not wait to open up the package, the pieces were wrapped in that plastic bag as photographed, and it had a few strand that shed right out of the bag, but it only looked like it was just lose strands that was not weaved into the extension., I ordered the Black, and the color was a perfect match to my own hair, I already have long black hair (Asian hair), just wanted to have more volume when I wear it straight, the hair extensions seems to also be Asian hair, they are of pretty good quality for the price i paid ($37), I have never purchased hair before, but the hair is in better condition then my own, not dry out and no split ends, they are soft , shinny and seems to be virgin hair, since I found a few strands of grey but it does not bother me at all, it is shinny and blends in with my own hair so well, and it served the purpose for the volume, really love it.I have read some people complained of the hair being too thin, not sure if they meant the hair thickness it self or the over all amount of hair of these extensions, but I can tell you the hair is definitely Asian hair and the hair it self is thin but soft, so if you have thicker hair quality or with coarse hair, this might not blend with your own hair that well, but I am thinking that is if you wear it straight, if you use it for styling like curling or crimping then it might not matter. Again I purchased the Black, so it might be Asian hair, not sure if you purchased a different color it might have a different thickness , but again these are all from China.I have never purchased hair , so i have no idea what really expensive " Good Hair " is like, but for the price I paid I think the quality is not bad, and it serves my purpose. Over all I am so far very satisfied with these extension at this point, next I am going to wear them and see how they hold up, and how bad are the shedding and tangling or any other problems, will update later. Q: WILL THE HAIR EXTENSIONS APPLY METHODS DAMAGE MY OWN HAIR?
A: If properly installed and maintained, this method will not damage your hair. It is 100% natural and there are no chemicals or tools used. We recommend using one of our Certified Stylists for the best application. Please work with a trained professional experience in hair extensions application to ensure that the product will work properly zero damage.
Q: CAN I WASH MY HAIR EVERYDAY AND BLOW DRY IT? WHAT ABOUT SWIMMING?
A: Yes, you can wash your hair and get blowouts without ruining your hair up hair extensions. Our strong tape is extremely durable and lasts, as long as the scalp does not become excessively oily the bonds will stay. We have high quality tape that is strong. You can swim, workout, go on vacation, and not have to worry about your extensions coming out.
Q: HOW MANY PACKS DO I NEED?
A: If you have thin to medium hair you will need 2-3 packs of our hair or 1-2 packs in the wavy and extra virgin hair. If you have thick hair you will need more packs of hair. You will need 3-5 in the remy and 2 or more in the ombre, wavy or extra virgin collection.
Q: HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
A: Each application can last up to 6 months with proper care. The hair extensions can be reused up to 3-5 times with proper care.
Q: CAN I COLOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
A: Yes you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair all collections can be dyed. Just note that you should only use semi or demi permanent hair dye. You should never ever lift the color, only deposit it. You want to keep the hair healthy. Color darker, never lighter.
Q: WHICH COLOR SHOULD I GET?
A: For the best color match we advise that you purchase a color ring. Each computer monitor can vary so it is best you have a complete match. Also, we have our own colors. Just because you are a #4 at another company, doesn't mean it will be 100% the same. We have our own color system.
Q: Can I modify or cancel the order after placing?
A: Within 48 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 48 hours, we will not accept any order cancel. Modification on stock order is not acceptable. Modification on custom order in 72 hours after placing is free of charge; if out of 72 hours, it will charge on modification, and the detailed charge standard refers to the website clauses.
Q: How can i check my order status?
A: We will send you an order confirmation through email after you placed your order and will also send you a tracking number as soon as its dispatching.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. If the color does not fit, you can send back for exchange; if you do not like the hair, you can send it back for exchange or refund as long as the goods are in the original package.
