I honestly love these extentions they are a little thin but they fluff out the more you use them. They dont fall out and they style any way i want them! I recomend buying two packages because one may not be thick enough but the length is amazing! I love these and they came right on time! I have ordered many pairs of hair extensions before and i have had some good and bad ones. I have to say the price for these extensions were cheap ,and the product was good for the price. I ordered these extensions sometime last week and the shipping was FREE and say 8 to 16 days. i was expecting them around wednesday but actually, they came YESTARDAY. I was very pleased in the products first appearence and the extensions themselves were very soft. When i was opening my package i did not realize that they came with two FREE feather extensions that were red.Well, when i first opened them i only say the red hair and began to panic. But actually the product was right. The color of the hair matches mine really well, but i curled them last night to see if they would blend (and they did) and then i took them out. THey were SOO soft and bouncy but they didnt really hold a curl :( they were just sort of wavy this morning. i went to put them into my hair again this morning and they were feeling more coarse, not as soft, and i realized they had quite a few split ends (which some are to be expected!)i am going to was them and see if they return their softness and silkyness. People say most extensions shed A LOT. When i initally took the extensions out of the package i brushed them and only found a couple hairs to fall out. The clips stay in your hair VERY well and feel secure at all times. I love them, but there are some negative feels towards it. for example i dont get along with the clips. they don't stay in my hair as well as my other extensions. this is a pretty good buy. Decent shipping time. Terrible odor when you first get the extensions and wash them. A very strong smell of wet dog and burnt rubber. it took two washed or shampoo and one wash of conditioner and a heat protection spray spryaed heavily on them. after that there wasnt any smell, and now i just have to invest in better hair clips. We recommend using one of our Certified Stylists for the best application. Please work with a trained professional experience in hair extensions application to ensure that the product will work properly zero damage.
Q: CAN I WASH MY HAIR EVERYDAY AND BLOW DRY IT? WHAT ABOUT SWIMMING?
A: Yes, you can wash your hair and get blowouts without ruining your hair up hair extensions. Our strong tape is extremely durable and lasts, as long as the scalp does not become excessively oily the bonds will stay. We have high quality tape that is strong. You can swim, workout, go on vacation, and not have to worry about your extensions coming out.
Q: HOW MANY PACKS DO I NEED?
A: If you have thin to medium hair you will need 2-3 packs of our hair or 1-2 packs in the wavy and extra virgin hair. If you have thick hair you will need more packs of hair. You will need 3-5 in the remy and 2 or more in the ombre, wavy or extra virgin collection.
Q: HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
A: Each application can last up to 6 months with proper care. The hair extensions can be reused up to 3-5 times with proper care.
Q: CAN I COLOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
A: Yes you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair all collections can be dyed. Just note that you should only use semi or demi permanent hair dye. You should never ever lift the color, only deposit it. You want to keep the hair healthy. Color darker, never lighter.
Q: WHICH COLOR SHOULD I GET?
A: For the best color match we advise that you purchase a color ring. Each computer monitor can vary so it is best you have a complete match. Also, we have our own colors. Just because you are a #4 at another company, doesn't mean it will be 100% the same. We have our own color system.
Q: Can I modify or cancel the order after placing?
A: Within 48 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 48 hours, we will not accept any order cancel. Modification on stock order is not acceptable. Modification on custom order in 72 hours after placing is free of charge; if out of 72 hours, it will charge on modification, and the detailed charge standard refers to the website clauses.
Q: How can i check my order status?
A: We will send you an order confirmation through email after you placed your order and will also send you a tracking number as soon as its dispatching.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. If the color does not fit, you can send back for exchange; if you do not like the hair, you can send it back for exchange or refund as long as the goods are in the original package.
