Got these in 2 weeks. They are exactly as described by the seller. The color is exactly as displayed. Quality human hair. I only needed one pack. I have fine hair, so other extensions look very fake on me. These are perfect for thinner hair. If you have thick hair, get 2 packs.They can be dyed, but do not try to lighten a darker color, and only use a demi permanent hair color (not as harsh).If you are not familiar with hair extensions, and feel disappointed by your purchase, it is not the seller's fault. I was REALLY apprehensive about buying this product as I have NEVER used extensions before. I was told the delivery was going to be like a few weeks to a month but I had time to wait and was not in any hurry. This product arrived within 7 days. I opened the package and I thought that there was NO way this little bit of hair was going to work for me. I went ahead and place the pieces throughout my hair as indicated in various tutorials I had seen. It is not as easy as it looks and my natural hair is very soft so even though the clips were covered in silicone (which is nice), I was afraid they would slip. I will have to maybe rat my hair a little or something but they actually DID stay in. I was able to comb them, and curl them with no issues and they looked really pretty. I did order another 100 gram pack and I'm going to sew them together and I think that will make a perfect amount of hair for my needs. It looks real, feels real, curls nicely (I used a low heat) and they are shiny and pretty. I would recommend these for a newbie to extension like myself as they are A LOT more cost effective then some of the high end extensions out there. I was not going to spend $200 dollars the first time around. After I play with these for a bit and get used to them, wear them out, etc, then I will look into the nicer ones but these are still very nice for the price! Q: WILL THE HAIR EXTENSIONS APPLY METHODS DAMAGE MY OWN HAIR?
A: If properly installed and maintained, this method will not damage your hair. It is 100% natural and there are no chemicals or tools used. We recommend using one of our Certified Stylists for the best application. Please work with a trained professional experience in hair extensions application to ensure that the product will work properly zero damage.
Q: CAN I WASH MY HAIR EVERYDAY AND BLOW DRY IT? WHAT ABOUT SWIMMING?
A: Yes, you can wash your hair and get blowouts without ruining your hair up hair extensions. Our strong tape is extremely durable and lasts, as long as the scalp does not become excessively oily the bonds will stay. We have high quality tape that is strong. You can swim, workout, go on vacation, and not have to worry about your extensions coming out.
Q: HOW MANY PACKS DO I NEED?
A: If you have thin to medium hair you will need 2-3 packs of our hair or 1-2 packs in the wavy and extra virgin hair. If you have thick hair you will need more packs of hair. You will need 3-5 in the remy and 2 or more in the ombre, wavy or extra virgin collection.
Q: HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
A: Each application can last up to 6 months with proper care. The hair extensions can be reused up to 3-5 times with proper care.
Q: CAN I COLOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
A: Yes you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair all collections can be dyed. Just note that you should only use semi or demi permanent hair dye. You should never ever lift the color, only deposit it. You want to keep the hair healthy. Color darker, never lighter.
Q: WHICH COLOR SHOULD I GET?
A: For the best color match we advise that you purchase a color ring. Each computer monitor can vary so it is best you have a complete match. Also, we have our own colors. Just because you are a #4 at another company, doesn't mean it will be 100% the same. We have our own color system.
Q: Can I modify or cancel the order after placing?
A: Within 48 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 48 hours, we will not accept any order cancel. Modification on stock order is not acceptable. Modification on custom order in 72 hours after placing is free of charge; if out of 72 hours, it will charge on modification, and the detailed charge standard refers to the website clauses.
Q: How can i check my order status?
A: We will send you an order confirmation through email after you placed your order and will also send you a tracking number as soon as its dispatching.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. If the color does not fit, you can send back for exchange; if you do not like the hair, you can send it back for exchange or refund as long as the goods are in the original package.
