OK, so I have NEVER put any sorta hair extensions in my hair, but because of an up coming event, I figured for the price, why not. My hair is somewhat thin, so figured 1 set would do. I watched several tutorials on youtube on how to put them in waiting for my hair to come in, Which by the way took 3 days to arrive.I am so amazed on how beautiful the hair is, soft and manageable. Following the youtube instructions was extremely easy, and the hair matched my hair color perfectly. It added about 5 inches to my natural hair, and with a few minutes with a fairly big curling iron, it looked fantastic. I am amazed about the price I paid for these, I HIGHLY recommend this product. I originally bought one set of these, which was too thin for my hair so I bought another set. The total price for two sets was still less than other human hair single sets. I love them. They come with a coating of a silicone based product because the hair follicles are going in different directions, so when you wash them they tangle very easily.What I have found that prevents this and makes it completely managable is when they are dirty, wash them with a very small amount of light shampoo, it shouldn't be enough to lather then rinse with cold water. I usually just rinse them with water. If you use a curl boosting mousse in these when they are wet, then let them dry and gently brush them out, they don't tangle and they feel so nice. 100% worth buying. Q: WILL THE HAIR EXTENSIONS APPLY METHODS DAMAGE MY OWN HAIR?
A: If properly installed and maintained, this method will not damage your hair. It is 100% natural and there are no chemicals or tools used. We recommend using one of our Certified Stylists for the best application. Please work with a trained professional experience in hair extensions application to ensure that the product will work properly zero damage.
Q: CAN I WASH MY HAIR EVERYDAY AND BLOW DRY IT? WHAT ABOUT SWIMMING?
A: Yes, you can wash your hair and get blowouts without ruining your hair up hair extensions. Our strong tape is extremely durable and lasts, as long as the scalp does not become excessively oily the bonds will stay. We have high quality tape that is strong. You can swim, workout, go on vacation, and not have to worry about your extensions coming out.
Q: HOW MANY PACKS DO I NEED?
A: If you have thin to medium hair you will need 2-3 packs of our hair or 1-2 packs in the wavy and extra virgin hair. If you have thick hair you will need more packs of hair. You will need 3-5 in the remy and 2 or more in the ombre, wavy or extra virgin collection.
Q: HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
A: Each application can last up to 6 months with proper care. The hair extensions can be reused up to 3-5 times with proper care.
Q: CAN I COLOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
A: Yes you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair all collections can be dyed. Just note that you should only use semi or demi permanent hair dye. You should never ever lift the color, only deposit it. You want to keep the hair healthy. Color darker, never lighter.
Q: WHICH COLOR SHOULD I GET?
A: For the best color match we advise that you purchase a color ring. Each computer monitor can vary so it is best you have a complete match. Also, we have our own colors. Just because you are a #4 at another company, doesn't mean it will be 100% the same. We have our own color system.
Q: Can I modify or cancel the order after placing?
A: Within 48 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 48 hours, we will not accept any order cancel. Modification on stock order is not acceptable. Modification on custom order in 72 hours after placing is free of charge; if out of 72 hours, it will charge on modification, and the detailed charge standard refers to the website clauses.
Q: How can i check my order status?
A: We will send you an order confirmation through email after you placed your order and will also send you a tracking number as soon as its dispatching.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. If the color does not fit, you can send back for exchange; if you do not like the hair, you can send it back for exchange or refund as long as the goods are in the original package.
